“We cook the way my nonna did: slow, honest, and with the best of the season.”
Marco grew up between the kitchens of Naples and the trattorias of the Ligurian coast. After two decades — from a two-top in Naples to a flagship in New York — he brought his family recipes to Bella Cucina, where pasta is still rolled by hand each morning and the wood oven never quite cools.
